For this project, the self-cleaning sleeve filter, which has a circular section, was built entirely from AISI 316 stainless steel.
The compressed air buffer, the dust discharge rotocell and the pipes are all made of AISI 316 STAINLESS steel.
The filter is equipped with an economiser capable of controlling the cleaning of the sleeves only when necessary using a pressure detector mounted on the filter elements.
The risk analysis showed that explosion protection components were unnecessary when dealing with potentially explosive dust. As a preventive approach, suitable components were installed in the ATEX-classified area.
