90,000 m3/h odour extraction and abatement system for furnace chimneys

The purpose of the system was to suck the emissions of a series of high-temperature chimneys into a single pipe.
An induced air hood has been connected to each fire duct to lower the overall temperature at the entrance of the wet blasting section, which cannot exceed 85°C.
The total flow rate is 90,000 m3/h.
Chemical reagents are injected into the wash water to reduce odours in the vertical scrubber.
