40,000 m3/h air conditioning system for the production room

The system has been designed with a fixed delivery air flow of 40.000mc/h.
The recirculation flow rate varies from a maximum of 30.000m3/h to a minimum of 12.000m3/h depending on the suctions operating in the department.
Our electrical panel regulates the flow of recirculating air to maintain the room’s air balance through the contacts that signal the operation of some vacuum cleaners.
The system was also equipped with the complete hydraulic part of the AHU adjustment system and the storage tank.
The air distribution system has been made with perforated flexible pipes.
