BEAM PROTECTION FROM THERMAL IRRADIATION
In order to protect the beam from high thermal irradiation, which presents consequent structural problems, we created a paneling of layers of mineral wool and ceramic fiber. The effects of expansion had to be taken into account, as well. The outside of the panels is made of stainless steel AISI 304.

SOUNDPROOFING OF CHILLERS AND CHIMNEYS – FRANCE
The project involved the soundproofing of two chillers, a few chimneys and towers for a customer in France.

OUTDOOR SOUNDPROOF BOOTHS AND WALLS
For the soundproofing of machinery, chillers and air conditioners located outside and often on the roofs, we designed and implemented multiple solutions.

EXTRUDERS SOUNDPROOFING WITH STAINLESS STEEL PANELS
For this project, we designed and built customized aphonic booths with stainless steel panels that can be completely dismantled in order to facilitate maintenance operations. We created a filtered air intake for the motor and conveyed the cooling air outdoors.

GRANULE TRANSPORT
Small granule transport. The granule is collected below the discharge mouth of an extruder to be unloaded into in a big bag. The project required the sizing of the fan and the construction of an appropriately-sized steel cyclone.

VERTICAL LOADING MIXERS
The project called for the lifting of a tank by a hoist. The tank rests on a load cells surface. By a screw feeder and an aero-mechanical vertical conveyor, the product is taken onto a reversible screw conveyor that discharges it to the right or left in one of the two mixers.

The machine mixes two products from two tanks by weight deduction according to the desired quantities.
