Considering the fineness of the powders produced by this process, a filter with off-line cells has been designed, which facilitates the detachment of the powders from the sleeves during the cleaning phases.<\/p>\n<p>The system was built using two parallel filters, each with a fan driven by a 110 kW motor. This configuration allows each filter to operate independently, allowing maintenance operations without stopping the entire production line.<\/p>\n<p>The system includes a self-supporting chimney with a height of 22 metres and a diameter of 1,800 mm.<\/p>\n<p>Septa silencers have been installed at the fans&#8217; inlet and outlet to reduce noise.
