For logistical needs, the plant has been divided into four 10,000 m3\/h modules that work in parallel for a total flow rate of 40,000 m3\/h. Each module has a fan with an 18.5 kW ATEX zone 22 motor managed by an electrical panel with a modulating inverter. The system has also been sized with<\/p>\n<p>Kst: 300 bar*m\/s<br \/>Pmax: 10 bar<\/p>\n<p>In this case, no protection valves were installed on the duct, but a diverter was equipped with a vent membrane. A membrane complying with the EN14491 dust explosion venting protection system and EN14797 explosion venting devices have been installed on the filter&#8217;s roof.
